Our Story

The best-kept secret at the best resort on the Strip.

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway opened at Wynn Las Vegas in 2010 — Michael Morton & Jenna Morton's wine-first restaurant, built on a simple premise: wine is not a beverage category but an ancient ritual, and a ritual deserves a room built around it.

Sixteen years on, the room has been renovated and deepened — and unchanged in character. It is still intimate, still alive, still rooted in the belief that the best evenings aren't planned. They're discovered.

The program runs deep: more than 350 global producers, more than 50 wines by the glass, 13 curated flights, and sommeliers who climb LED-lit towers to retrieve rare bottles. Executive Chef William DeMarco's shareable plates are built to move with the wine.
